Intercultural training, coaching and counselling
People in Asia think, negotiate, act and react differently than in Europe. When you work with your colleagues, customers, suppliers or other partners from Asia, your intercultural competence is of crucial importance. Here is an example: What you have learned from a classical sales training in Europe, should not necessarily be applied directly when negotiating with Asian customers. Are you aware that some typical German expressions could lead to your Asian customers completely misunderstanding you and thinking that you are not showing any business interest? In the worst case scenario, you will find yourself potentially stuck in an unnecessary escalation. It is therefore advisable to make important adjustments and sensitise yourself to cultural differences. This also applies to cooperation with Asian colleagues or suppliers, not just customers.
