XT – Xiangtong
Xiangtong is a training and consulting company with a focus on intercultural communication and international team development. The company was founded in Heidelberg in 2003. I enjoy deciphering cultural differences, building bridges between people and making their business life easier and more successful.
The company name “Xiangtong” has two Chinese characters with beautiful meanings. 翔 (“Xiang”) means “flying high”, 通 (“Tong”) means “running smoothly”. The two characters symbolise healthy growth and development which is what I wish for my clients.
My clients are typically international companies or organisations from China, Germany, France, Italy, Japan, Poland, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, South Korea, Singapore and USA across many different industries. I offer tailor-made trainings and workshops and professional business consulting to sustainably promote their success in international business fields.
