I use an individual approach to meet your needs. Your training is always tailored to your unique situation. All my trainings and coachings are interactive and dynamic with many targeted exercises, video analyses, case studies, reflections and role plays. I speak and deliver training in Chinese, German and English. I also offer all services virtually (as online training or online counselling).
